A Rejuvenating Stay

The reception team, especially Deniz and Ă–mer, showed kindness. They assisted my mom with her wheelchair and cared for my daughter. Breakfast included warm dishes, pastries, various fruits, and olives. I thank Erdem from the restaurant team. The location offers access to landmarks. Strolling to Sultanahmet Square or shopping proved easy.
Electricity cut out during the night! the AC stopped working for three hours. It made sleeping difficult.

The hotel boasts a super fast checkin process.
The minibar was unstocked. It did not even have soft drinks. The hotel is next to a mosque so expect to be woken early. I was so disappointed.

the hotel staff were friendly. they offered good service, which i liked. the restaurant offered good options for daily meals. the hotel cleanliness was very good too.
the minibar was unstocked, i found that annoying. there was no soft drink or chocolate in it. the mosque nearby woke me up early every morning. constant car and bike horns outside created noise.

electricity cutinadequate maintenance
The electricity cut out every day, often in the middle of the night. It was disruptive. last night, after the power returned, the ac didn't work for three hours. i struggled to sleep without it. maintenance seemed inadequate and the staff's limited english made communication difficult, except for the duty manager who, although he spoke english, couldn't resolve the issue.

the hotel was very clean i noticed a large window in my room there were two free bottles of water provided each day the breakfast began before 7 am it was great
the electricity was cut one night the ac was out of service i couldn't sleep without ac the maintenance seemed very bad i think the staff could not speak english very well
